Scratch & Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.    Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Mogg Property (“Promoter”). By participating in this promotion, participants agree to the Terms and Conditions.

2.    Eligibility
Participation in this promotion is open to individuals who receive an authorised Scratch & Win card issued by the Promoter. Scratch cards that are forged, altered, damaged, illegible, duplicated, or otherwise tampered with will be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

3.    How to Play
Participants must scratch the designated game panel on the Scratch & Win card to reveal the icons displayed underneath.

A participant will be deemed a provisional winner if four (4) identical icons are revealed on the same card.

4.    Prize Identification
Where four (4) matching icons are revealed, participants must scan the QR code printed on the Scratch & Win card to access the official prize page.

Participants must then:
a) identify the icon revealed on their winning card; and
b) match that icon with the corresponding prize listed on the prize page.

The prize associated with the matching icon constitutes the prize won, subject to verification and these Terms and Conditions.

5.    Prize Redemption
Redemption instructions for each prize will be detailed on the prize page. Winners must follow the instructions provided in order to claim their prize.

The Promoter and/or the relevant Prize Provider may require presentation of the original Scratch & Win card or other verification before a prize is issued.

Failure to follow the stated redemption process may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6.    Prize Validity
All prizes must be redeemed within the validity period specified on the prize page or by the Prize Provider. Any prize not redeemed within the stated period may, at the discretion of the Promoter or Prize Provider, be deemed void.

7.    Non-Transferable Prizes
Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

8.    Lost or Damaged Cards
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, or destroyed Scratch & Win cards. Only original and valid cards will be considered for prize verification where required.

9.    Verification and Fraud
All prize claims are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry or prize claim where it reasonably suspects tampering, fraud, misconduct, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.

10. Prize Providers
Certain prizes offered in this promotion may be supplied, fulfilled, or administered by third-party businesses or organisations (“Prize Providers”).

Prize Providers may impose their own conditions relating to availability, booking requirements, redemption periods, or usage of their prize. Winners agree to comply with any such conditions imposed by the relevant Prize Provider.

11. Limitation of Liability
Mogg Property acts solely as the promoter of this Scratch & Win promotion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, suitability, safety, availability, or fitness for purpose of any prize supplied by a Prize Provider.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from:
a) participation in this promotion;
b) the acceptance, redemption, or use of any prize; or
c) any act, omission, or failure by a Prize Provider.

Prize Providers are solely responsible for the supply, fulfilment, and delivery of their respective prizes.

12. Rights Reserved
The Promoter and each Prize Provider reserve all rights relating to their respective prizes and participation in this promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and subject to applicable laws, to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
