MOGG Property Proudly Supporting Sconetime

Recently, Sconetime Caloundra shared a post recognising MOGG Property as proud sponsors of this much-loved local event — a reflection of the agency’s ongoing commitment to community involvement across the Sunshine Coast.

MOGG Property, led by directors Joey and Adam Mogg, is a locally owned agency built on a genuine passion for people, property and community.

As long-term Sunshine Coast locals, Joey and Adam have grown up in the region and are now raising their families here. Their deep local knowledge provides authentic insight into the communities they represent and a clear understanding of what drives buyer decisions throughout the Coast.

Selling a home is a significant milestone, and MOGG Property is committed to making the process clear, supportive and stress-free. Joey and Adam take the time to understand each client’s goals, respect timelines and communicate openly from start to finish — creating smooth experiences and delivering strong results.

Beyond property, community involvement is central to their values.

MOGG Property is a proud sponsor of Caloundra Sconetime, held at the QCWA Hall — a much-loved local gathering that brings people together in a warm and welcoming environment. They also actively support the annual Sunflower Challenge, a fun, family-friendly competition that captures the spirit of participation and connection.

This year’s winner, 19-year-old university student Ryan, took home the $5,000 cash prize after growing the largest sunflower in just 75 days — a wonderful celebration of community spirit and friendly competition.

Joey shares,
“What I love about Sconetime is the people, the energy and the sense of community. Seeing the happiness it brings is honestly the best part.”

For MOGG Property, sponsorship is never simply about visibility — it’s about giving back and supporting initiatives that genuinely matter to the community they proudly call home.

Because while property is their profession, community is their foundation.
