Recently, the beautiful team at Studio Pilates Pelican Waters shared a post about me that truly touched my heart. Reading their words brought back a wave of memories — the early mornings, the first class ever held at Pelican Waters, standing beside Cassie feeling excited, nervous and completely invested in what they were building.
Studio Pilates has been part of my journey since day one. Those early days weren’t just about fitness — they were about connection, belief and creating something meaningful for our local community. It was a chapter that shaped me both personally and professionally in more ways than I realised at the time.
Reading their words reminded me that even when life shifts — when priorities evolve and new ventures take centre stage — the impact of those early chapters never fades. My focus today is building MOGG Property and pouring my energy into serving our community through that lens. But the heart behind it is the same heart I brought into the studio 3 years ago.

Although I may not be on the schedule each week, Studio Pilates will always be woven into my story. Coming back as a participant has been incredibly special — the energy, the connection, the familiarity. I always leave feeling full. It’s a place where I’m simply Joey — not a title, not a role — just me.
I’m so grateful to Dani, Cassie and the entire team for their friendship, trust and ongoing support. Watching the studio thrive brings me genuine joy, and I’ll always be proud to support the community that supported me first.
